Session overview: Imposter Syndrome in Coaching
Imposter Phenomenon (Syndrome) or IP was first identified way back in 1978, but it's only over the last decade or so that it has become a more familiar term in coaching circles. It's often misunderstood and has been used as a kind of 'catch-all' term for some when experiencing performance anxiety. In this session, we will be sharing and discussing the origins of IP, recent research, and facilitating the group's different experiences of Imposterism with a view to creating awareness and deepening our understanding of it.
